1. Registration
- Fill out the form as needed at https://kep.ciputra.ac.id/form-download/ and submit via email to kep@ciputra.ac.id
- The registration fee for internal Ciputra University is Rp. 200.000,-, and for external Ciputra University is Rp. 500.000,-.
- Payable through Bank Mandiri 142-00-886-886-83 in the name of Yayasan Ciputra Pendidikan.
2. Form Checking
- The secretariat verifies the completeness of the files and schedules the review process. The documents required including:
- - Completed Ethical Review Form
- - Informed Consent Form
- - Proposal Summary Form
- - Full Research Proposal
- - Subject Information Sheet (if needed)
3. Review
- If all documents are complete, a review will be scheduled within 1–7 days. The review process is conducted every Thursday.
4. Announcement
- Exempted: Review results are released immediately.
- Expedited: Researchers are asked to make revisions.
- Full Board: Researchers are invited to make a presentation.
- The ethics approval certificate will be sent to you within 10 working days.
