About Us

Komisi Etik Penelitian Universitas Ciputra (KEP UC) is a committee under the coordination of the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) of Universitas Ciputra. This committee was established to ensure that all research activities involving humans, animals, personal data, or other sensitive materials are conducted in accordance with applicable research ethics principles, both nationally and internationally.

The KEP UC's primary duty is to conduct ethical reviews of research protocols to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of research subjects. This committee also plays a role in providing recommendations, obtaining ethical clearance, and monitoring the implementation of approved research.

As a commitment to academic integrity and responsible research governance, KEP UC also actively collaborates with external institutions such as KEPPIN (Komite Etik Penelitian dan Pelayanan Indonesia) and has adopted the digital system digiTEPP to increase the transparency and efficiency of the ethical review process.
